Please read these terms carefully before using IzHost services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by İzHost Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Hiz. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("IzHost", "Company", "we"). By visiting the IzHost website or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Definitions
The following terms are used with these meanings in this agreement:
- "Service": All IT services offered by IzHost including cloud servers, email, hosting, backup, DNS, SSL, consulting, and others.
- "User" or "Customer": Any individual or legal entity using IzHost services.
- "Website": All web pages published under the izhost.com domain.
- "Content": All text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and other materials on the website.
- "Account": The membership created by the user to access services.
Terms of Service Usage
You must be at least 18 years old or acting on behalf of a legal entity to use IzHost services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following rules:
- You will use the services only for lawful purposes,
- You will not engage in activities that violate Turkish and international law,
- You will not engage in spam, phishing, DDoS attacks, or similar malicious activities,
- You will not host content that infringes on third-party rights,
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your account. We recommend using strong passwords and not sharing your password with third parties. If you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify IzHost.
IzHost holds the user responsible for all transactions performed on their account. IzHost is not responsible for damages that may arise from unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, logos, brands, software, and other intellectual property elements on the IzHost website are owned by or licensed to IzHost. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercial use of these materials without written permission from IzHost is prohibited.
Users are responsible for the copyrights and intellectual property rights of the content they host through IzHost services.
Service Changes and Interruptions
IzHost reserves the right to make changes, add new features, or remove existing features from its services with or without prior notice.
Planned maintenance is announced in advance. However, unplanned interruptions may occur due to emergency security updates or infrastructure issues. IzHost does not accept liability for direct or indirect damages arising from potential interruptions outside the scope of the SLA.
Limitation of Liability
IzHost provides its services "as is". It makes no express or implied warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
IzHost's liability is in all cases limited to the service fee paid by the user in the last 12 months. No liability is accepted for loss of profit, data loss, business loss, or indirect damages.
Termination and Account Closure
IzHost may suspend or close the accounts of users who violate these terms, with or without prior notice in emergency situations.
Users who wish to close their accounts can submit their request by opening a support ticket. After account closure, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
