Yes, completely free. As long as you are an IzHost customer, you can use Cloud DNS with no monthly or yearly fees. There is also no limit on the number of domains and DNS records.

I bought my domain from another registrar — can I still use it?

Absolutely. No matter which registrar you bought your domain from, you just add it to your customer panel and set our nameserver addresses in that registrar's panel. There is no obligation to register the domain with us.

How do I activate the DNS service?

Log in to your customer panel, add your domain from the "Domain Management" section, and set the IzHost nameserver addresses shown to you at your domain provider. For domains registered with us, this is done automatically with a single click.

Which DNS record types can I create?

You can create an unlimited number of all standard record types including A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SRV, and CAA. Email verification records such as SPF/DKIM are easily added as TXT records.

How long does it take for my changes to take effect?

Your changes propagate across our anycast network within seconds. However, due to external caching (TTL) and other providers' caches, full worldwide propagation may take a few minutes depending on the record's TTL value.

Does changing nameservers affect my emails or site access?

As long as you recreate your existing records (A, MX, etc.) exactly in our new DNS panel, your services continue without interruption. We recommend adding all your records before the migration; our support team can help with the transition if needed.
